 About Peggy Ryba        

I’ve always been very passionate about home design, from the planning stage to the execution of it. Inside, outside, in the garden, it didn’t matter. I enjoyed it all. For the past 20 years, I have renovated and decorated many homes, with 4 whole house renovations in just the past 5 years. I’m not crazy, I just enjoy the process. I have happily helped neighbors, friends and family with their decorating projects as well.

After moving to Florida in January of 2000, I started a career as a real estate sales professional, winning annual top producer awards. I have helped dozens of sellers to stage their homes, free of charge, and have seen first hand how much faster staged homes sell than non-staged homes .

After extensive research and study of staging and the redesign process and because of my combined experience in decorating and selling real estate, The Redesigned Home was formed. I decided to take something that I truly enjoy and have been doing for free for years and make a career out of it so that I am able to give my full attention to your details.

It’s because of my experience in decorating and in selling real estate that I can see your home through a buyer’s eyes, and then transform it, giving it that model home look that will make it sell fast and at a higher price.

I especially enjoy the One Day Makeover process. After living in a home for a while, most people have a difficult time seeing it with a different perspective. I can see your home as a new space with fresh eyes and take what you already have and like, and then rearrange it into something you’ll love! Think of it as a jigsaw puzzle, moving and giving a new purpose to pieces that you already own. Sometimes it’s just a matter of adding a few updated accessories or taking some things away!
